Online Shopping Vs. In-store Shopping


 Shopping is an important part of our life.

Whether it be household shopping or it be a personal shopping for ourselves. 

Earlier, there was only one way of doing the shopping. That was going out of the house, going to the store of our requirement of purchase, buy the product, pay the money and get back home. Shopping this way is also called as in-store shopping. One visits the store and buys stuff.

However, these past few years, we all are able to do shopping online too. So many online shopping options have been available. So people prefer to buy stuff of their requirement online. Shopping from the online stores is much preferable now-a-days. Specially for those people who are quite busy with their work, or those housewives who are busy at home along with babies.

Although, there are also pros and cons to both the ways of shopping. In the in-store shopping is done only for that many hours the store is open. You cannot shop for your essentials after certain hours of time in a day. Because in-stores have fixed timings to be opened.

Whereas, online shopping is available 24*7 and 365 days. You can even shop during night after finishing your all the work of the day. You can lie in the bed and scan for the products that you need to buy, put it in the cart and order it for yourself and also for other house members.

In the in-store shopping, you can get the product instantly. You pay for the product and get it at home with yourself. You do not have to wait for the product to be available at home. But this is not the case in online shopping. Once you place order, you will have to wait for a day or two for the product to be arrived at your door-step.

Online shopping doesn't cost you fuel money, as you can place the order from anywhere at anytime. But going all the way to the store, can cost you fuel expense too. 

In-store shopping can be much reliable as you can try the clothes at the same time for the size of your clothes, and there will be no size manipulation when you are doing the in-store shopping. You will check everything at the same time itself. But while ordering clothes online, there are chances that clothing does not fit you though you ordered it of your size. Sometimes, we also do not like the color or material of the cloth after it arrives at your home, so you need to return it back to the online store company.

There can be few others advantages and disadvantages of online shopping as well as in-store shopping. Here I have listed a few of them.
